The Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI) is an international effort led by the United States to interdict banned weapons and weapon technology. CDI Senior Advisor Philip Coyle and CDI Senior Analyst Victoria Samson present an overview of the program and take a closer look at its future prospects in a research paper commissioned by the International Commission on Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Disarmament (ICNND).
